De Himunication HM390 is de opvolger van de populaire HM380 en is uitgerust met DCS,GPS en ATIS functies dit is dan ook een professionele handheld VHF marine radio. De HM390 is gemakkelijk in te bouwen met bijgeleverde accessoires ook is het toestel uitgerust NMEA0183 connectoren.

Kanalen zijn conform 2023 VDES (VHF Data Exchange System) inclusief de prive kanalen 31 + 37 voor Belgie en Nederland.
